A solution to any problem you may be facing requires the following steps:
- Own responsibility for what you are contributing to the problem
- Recognize the core reason why this problem is happening
- Identify the most effective ways you already know will solve the issue
- Design a step-by-step plan to implement new actions, decisions, and ways of being to solve your problem
- Redirect and remain focused on your new plans even through inner doubts, fears, anxiety, or when you experience setbacks
- Assess your actions to determine if they are effective in solving the problem and creating the new life you want and make adjustments if necessary.
